Tier 1: The Barefoot Intensive
The Barefoot Intensive is an 8 week online coaching program to guide you toward foot freedom and performance longevity.
The program involves a progressive spectrum of activation, release and stretching, foot focused strength, and integrative strength. At the start, there is a lot of activating, releasing, stretching and some foot focused strengthening. As the weeks progress, we shift into more foot focused strength and finish with integrative strength to address the whole kinetic chain.
This program will not only address foot function, but how foot function affects the entire kinetic chain. You will learn how to mobilize and strengthen your feet specific to your circumstances and gain better insight into how your feet have impacted the rest of your body.
